Intova will only support warranty on products purchased from authorized dealers. A copy of the purchase receipt must accompany all warranty returns. Purchases from unauthorized dealers will not be supported under warranty program.
Note: There is no warranty on clearance items or items purchased from the Intova Outlet.
STANDARD CONSUMER WARRANTY
Intova warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from Date of Purchase. Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, Intova will, at its option, repair or replace legitimately defective products. Repair and/or replacement may include the use of refurbished parts or products. “Refurbished” means products or parts that have been factory restored to original specifications.
When a product is no longer available, we reserve the right to fulfill warranty obligations with a similar model or the best available model. When no similar product is available, we may elect to provide a credit towards other products in the Company’s portfolio of brands.
Warranty coverage only applies to the original purchaser, when purchased from an authorized Intova dealer. Proof of Purchase from an authorized dealer must be included with all warranty returns.
The Warranty does not cover: (1) Rental or Commercial use (2) damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, product modification or neglect, (3) damage occurring during shipment; (4) damage caused by repair or service performed by persons not authorized by Intova; (5) products on which the serial number has been altered, defaced or removed; (6) products not purchased from an Authorized Intova Dealer.
To obtain warranty service, contact Intova for a sales return (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns shipped without a sales return (return merchandise authorization) number will not be processed. Product and Proof of Purchase must be returned, freight prepaid, to Intova with SR number clearly marked on package. Product must be sent in original or comparable packaging that protects the contents. It is the owner’s responsibility to back up and save all data, photos or software. Intova will not be responsible for loss or damage to data, software or photos.
To obtain replacement or repair of a defective item covered under 90 day warranty:
1) Contact the dealer/retailer from where the item was purchased and inquire about their return/exchange policy.
2) If the product needs to be sent back to us for warranty coverage rather than with the dealer/retailer, click the link below to fill out and submit the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
We will respond to this request within 5 to 7 business days.
