Return Merchandise Authorization

To obtain replacement or repair of a defective item covered under our 1 year warranty:

1) Contact the dealer/retailer from where the item was purchased and inquire about their return/exchange policy. 

2) If the product needs to be sent back to us for warranty coverage rather than with the dealer/retailer, fill out and submit the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form below.  We will respond to this request within 2 to 3 business days.
